May, 2013 Sibley State Park

Our first camping trip of Summer 2013 was to Sibley State Park. We decided to rough it and stay in the non-electric upper campground. The sites in this campground are much larger and spaced out, but they don't have electricity. It was COLD and with the new truck we didn't have the electric quite figured out. Thank goodness it got nice during the day. It was beautiful weather for hiking. The park was pretty empty. Even the turtles were out enjoying the sun!
